Green Design is a small "Interior Displays" company, specializing in the supply, manufacture, installation and maintenance of artificial palms, trees, plants and flowers for the interior plantscape, mainly in the leisure and corporate industry.
Due to my previous experience in the catering and hotel industry, and more recently in the interior display side, it has become clear to me that there is an ongoing demand for quality artificial food products. After 18 months of extensive research, I now produce a wide range of display products.
Our current range includes:
- Moulded salamis
- Polonies
- Various German Schinkenwurst, Bierschinkenwurst and Leberwurst/salamis
- Legs of Gammon and Portuguese chourizo
- An assortment of Heads of cheese, e.g. Fox and Crow, Zoetvlei Gouda, Mature Cheddar
- Campania "Pecorino" Romano and Tipico, plus a Giant Reggiano Parmigiano, Large Gouda and Mature Cheddar Wheels (waxed and stencilled)
- Various breads, such as a small Wholewheat loaf, 3 sizes of French baguette, brown loaf, Portuguese Round and Italian Rye.
- All the cheeses and breads are moulded from real products.
In addition, we have a range of artificial Fruits and Vegetables, including:
- Large pumpkins, Hubbard squash, long marrows, sweet potatoes and butternut.
- Chilli and onion garlands of different colours and garlic garlands which bring life to any delicatessen, kitchen, restaurant or buffet.
- Four artists diligently hand-paint each item to make it as authentic as possible.
Our imported jute bags filled with "ultra-light" imported Coffee Beans and Rice (Artificial, of course!) help add authenticity to any coffee shop, cafe or restaurant.
